Scotland face France in 2022 Guinness Six Nations at homeTravel to and from the action at BT Murrayfield with Lothian

Scotland continue their 2022 Guinness Six Nations campaign this weekend (Saturday 26 February), taking on France at BT Murrayfield.

Kick-off is at 14:15 and there will be additional buses to and from the city centre to help those travelling to the stadium to watch the action in person.

Our Service X12 will operate between Ingliston Park & Ride and BT Murrayfield Stadium (journey time approx. 15 minutes) at the following times:

  • From Ingliston P&R, every 15 minutes from 11:10 until 13:40.
  • From Murrayfield, frequent departures up to an hour after the end of the game.

Normal fares apply on the Service X12 and all our buses accept contactless payments and daily/weekly capping applies under our TapTapCap scheme, so you’ll never pay more than you need to for your travel! If you’re travelling with others, you can also use contactless to purchase paper tickets. Read our contactless and TapTapCap FAQs.

Under 22s can travel for free provided they hold a valid Scottish NEC / Young Scot NEC. More information on this is available on our Under 22s Free Bus Travel story.

Download our mobile app to help plan your travel to the game (or for post-match celebrations, fingers crossed!). View service alerts, track buses and more, all from your smartphone.

As part of our safe travel measures during the ongoing pandemic, we would ask that all customers read this guidance before travelling and comply by wearing face coverings (unless exempt), and leaving windows open to promote air circulation. Please remember, not all conditions or disabilities are visible. Some customers – such as those with sight loss or learning disabilities – may need extra assistance or more time getting to/from their seat. Please be patient and kind to all other customers as well as our drivers.
