ShareDue to roadworks buses are unable to serve Lochbridge Road and Law Road and are instead diverted via Dunbar Road and St Baldreds Road citybound only until further notice.
To allow resurfacing works to take place, Henderson Terrace will be closed from Saturday 27th July for 3 days.
Diversion:
Service 1 – between Gorgie Road and Dundee Street, buses will be diverted via Robertson Avenue, Slateford Road and Angle Park Terrace in both directions.
Due to resurfacing works, part of Straiton Road will be closed Northbound Only from 1800 hrs until 0600 hrs each night for approx. 2 weeks from Monday 29th July.
Diversion:
Services 47 47B (To City) – between the A701 and Straiton Road, buses will be diverted via Niven’s Knowe Road, The Loan, Clerk Street, Hawthorn Gardens, Loanhead Road and Straiton Retail Park heading citybound only.
Due to pipe renewal works, Wardie Crescent will be closed from Monday 29th July for approx. 1 Week.

Service 8 - between West Granton Road and Granton Road, buses will be diverted via West Granton Road, Granton Square and Granton Road in both directions.
Services 14 N14 - between Boswall Parkway and Granton Road, buses will be diverted via Pilton Drive North, West Granton Road, Granton Square and Granton Road in both directions.
Due to an event, various streets around Livingston will be closed between approx. 1230 and 1430 hrs on Saturday 27th July.
Diversions:
Services 72 73 – between Livingston Bus Terminal and St. John’s Hospital, buses will be diverted via Almondvale Boulevard, Almondvale Way, Alderstone Road and Howden West Road.
Services X27 X28 (Towards Bathgate) – between Livingston Bus Terminal and Almond Road, buses will be diverted via Almondvale Road, Centre Interchange, A899 and Almond Interchange.
Services X27 X28 (Towards Edinburgh) – between Almond Road and Livingston Bus Terminal , buses will be diverted via Almond Interchange, A899, Centre Interchange, Centre Road North, Almondvale Drive, and Almondvale Road.
Due to festival related closures, parts of George Street will be closed from 2300 hrs on Thursday 25th July for approx. 1 Month.
Diversion:
Services 10 11 (Northbound) - between Princes Street West and York Place, buses will be diverted via Frederick Street and Queen Street heading northbound only.
Due to resurfacing works, Bonaly Road will be closed from Start of service on Monday 22nd July for approx. 3 weeks.
Diversion:
Service 10 – from Colinton Road, buses will operate a one-way loop via Redford Road, Redford Drive and terminate at Westgarth Avenue. Buses will terminate at Colinton for the duration of the works.
Due to telecoms works, Balgreen Road will be closed at the railway bridge from Start of service on Sun. 21st July for approx. 3 weeks.
Due to utility works, Church Street, Tranent will be closed from Monday 1st July. This will be in place for approx. 3 weeks.
Diversion:
Service 26 (Tranent journeys only) – between A198 and Tranent High Street, buses will be diverted via Edinburgh Road, A1 Dolphingstone junction, A1 and A1 Bankton junction in both directions.
Buses will also serve the stops west of Church Street on Edinburgh Road.
Due to water works, Deans South will be closed from Start of service on Sat. 29th June for approx. 6 weeks.
Due to low hanging tree branches, Avenue Road, Luffness Mains is closed to buses with immediate effect until further notice.
Diversion:
Service 126 - between Luffness Road and Aberlady High Street, buses will be diverted via A198 in both directions.
Due to parked cars, buses are unable to serve Lochend Drive from Tues 2nd Jan until further notice.
Due to redevelopment works, Hillend Terminus will be closed until further notice.
Diversion:
Service 4 – buses will terminate on Biggar Road at Fairmilehead. They will not be able to serve Hillend for the duration of these works.
