For customers with top-up Ridacards, you can add funds by visiting any store which has PayPoint facilities (enter your postcode here to find your nearest retailer).

New Ridacards
From Monday 26 April, our Shandwick Place TravelHub will reopen to Ridacard customers only at this time. All other TravelHubs will remain closed until further notice. If you wish to apply for a new direct debit Ridacard, please visit Shandwick Place TravelHub during opening hours (listed below) and a member of the team will be happy to help. For new Advance Purchase Ridacards, loaded with a minimum of one week’s travel, please email your name, date of birth, telephone number, postal address and a passport size photograph to contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk
Lost Ridacards
If you have lost or damaged your Ridacard, please email contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk to arrange a replacement. All personal data provided will treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used only to locate your card record and process your replacement. Please note that we aim to issue you with a new card within 5 working days from receipt of your email and will be in touch directly to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Shandwick Place TravelHub

Shandwick Place TravelHub will reopen to Ridacard customers only from Monday 26 April.  If you can, please download our application form and complete this prior to your visit. If you have previously held a Ridacard with us and still have it in your possession, please return this to the TravelHub when you visit.
