To coincide with our Christmas Campaign #ShareYourChristmas, we have partnered with The Trussell Trust to collect food donations which can be used in foodbanks across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Staff from across our business will be taking part and we are asking our customers to drop any items off at our Shandwick Place TravelHub.
Last year, foodbanks in the Trussell Trust network distributed 1.6 million food parcels, with over half a million of these going to children. In the last five years, the number of emergency food parcels provided to people in crisis by food banks in the network has increased by 73%, and the numbers just keep rising.
The items the foodbanks are looking for include:
- UHT Milk
- Diluting Juice
- All types of toiletries
- Tinned Veg
- Tinned Fruit
- Tinned Meat
- Tinned Fish (Tuna)
Foodbanks already receives lots of tinned soup, beans and pasta.

Donations can be made to our Shandwick Place TravelHub until mid-January.
