We are delighted to be supporting the Festival City Volunteers Programme again this summer.

The Festival City Volunteers provide an authentic voice of Edinburgh people to champion the City’s festivals and assist visitors during August.

The project offers volunteers a taste of the summer festivals together with new experiences and skills to help them develop their long-term ambitions year round. They become ambassadors for Edinburgh and are the welcoming face of the city.

This year we are providing Festival City Volunteers with their transport for getting into the City to take part in the programme.

We are also supporting the projects training programme, delivering a four coaching sessions on our services, ticketing and timetables to allow volunteers to help assist visitors to the City.

Look out for the team in their recognisable orange tops throughout the City next month.
