We are delighted to be part of Channel 4’s new diversity initiative, Voices of 4.
The campaign shows people from across the UK who have a connection to the number four on screen and introduce tv shows.
Included in the lineup is a blind footballer who wears the number 4 shirt, or a Year 4 class at the world’s only Manx Gaelic speaking school, a drag queen who performs at no. 4 Canal Street in Manchester and our very own bus driver, Melissa Rao driving the service 4 bus at Hillend.
Melissa, who works at our Marine depot and is a very popular member of the team was picked to star in the trailers. She has worked for Lothian Buses for almost 9 years and was delighted to be involved.
Her first appearance was yesterday introducing the hit American sitcom, Everyone Loves Raymond and she will be back on screen driving her bus over the next few weeks introducing shows such as The Last Leg and the Secret Life of the Zoo.
Keep you eyes peeled.
