Following the award and acceptance from East Lothian Council for three tender services, East Coast Buses will now operate supported Services 120, 121 and 123, effective from Sunday 6 April.
Formerly operated by Eve Coaches, these supported services will now be provided by East Coast Buses with revised routes and timetables in place to improve connectivity with the wider East Coast Buses network.
A fares review will also take effect from Sunday 6 April, with details available below. A summary of the revised routes, including download links to timetables, is also available below.

Routes and Timetables
Revised terminus in Dunbar: Service 120 will start at Yosemite Park and operate to Spott Road via Brodie Road.
In North Berwick town centre, buses will revert to operate via Westend Place.
Improved timetable: Service 120 will be increased to operate every hour Monday to Saturday, and every 2 hours on a Sunday.

Revised route: In North Berwick, Service 121 will no longer serve the Seabird Centre and Dundas Street. Instead, it will start from Church Road and operate along Station Road and Clifford Road. Service 121 will additionally serve Grange Road and Pilgrims Way.
In Haddington, Davidson Terrace and Hospital Road will no longer be served. Buses will now operate via Haldane Avenue and the B6471 to provide local links to Haddington Retail Park before terminating in the town centre. New bus stops will be installed on Haldane Avenue to provide access to East Lothian Community Hospital.
Revised timetable: Service 121 will be increased to operate every 90 minutes Monday to Saturday, and every 2 hours on a Sunday.

Revised route: In Haddington, Wellside and Long Cram will no longer be served, with buses remaining on the A6093.
Both short loops (Bolton and Gifford) and long loops (Pencaitland, Glenkinchie and Gifford) will operate anticlockwise, apart from the 07:30 journey that will operate clockwise to cater for Knox Academy pupils.
Revised timetable: Service 123 will operate a short loop every 90 minutes followed by a long loop every 90 minutes. A Sunday service will be introduced with buses operating a short loop every 2 hours.

Fares
Our East Coast Buses fares follow a zone format with fares for each journey calculated on the number of zones the customer travels in.
- Service 120 passes through 4 zones (En, H, Es and F).
- Service 121 passes through 3 zones (D, G and En).
- Service 123 passes through 3 zones (C, D and E).
Adult Single fares:
- £2.20 for travel in 1 zone.
- £3.20 for travel in 2 or 3 zones.
- £4.20 for travel in 4 zones.
Our great value Country DAY ticket allows unlimited travel on East Coast Buses throughout East Lothian (zones B-H) for £5.70.
Country DAY tickets are also available in bundles of 5 or 20 from our Bus & Tram app. M-tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days and are valid for 180 days. For journeys including Edinburgh we also offer bundles of our City&Country DAY tickets. Prices for these bundles are shown below:

Child SINGLE, DAY & NETWORK tickets are available at half the Adult (+16 years) fare. Eligible customers under 22 or over 60 years old, or those with a disability, travel FREE on these services with a valid Scottish National Entitlement Card.
