The Scottish Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 18 August, resulting in road closures across East Lothian in various stages from 0500 hrs until 1600 hrs.
There will be disruption and diversions to services in Prestonpans, Port Seton, Cockenzie, Longniddry, Aberlady, Gullane, with free shuttle buses replacing Services 26 and 124 while road closures are in effect.

Service 26
0500 hrs – 1600 hrs NO SERVICE from Levenhall to Bottom Pans & Seton Sands.
Seton Sands journeys divert via B1361 and terminate at Preston Lodge High School. Tranent journeys divert via B1361, on to normal route at Top Pans.
1030 hrs – 1200 hrs Tranent Journeys divert via Edinburgh Road and A199 to Strawberry Corner.
0600 hrs – 1600 hrs Free Shuttle Service between Prestonpans and Seton Sands. Download the Shuttle Bus Timetable.
Services 106, 113 and 124
0500 hrs – 1600 hrs Linkfield Road closed. Buses will be diverted via Pinkie Road and Newbigging.
Service 124
0600 hrs – 1600 hrs A198 Longniddry and Dirleton closed. Buses will be diverted via B1377, B1345 and A198.
1030 hrs – 1200 hrs Meadowmill to Dirleton closed. Buses will be diverted via A199, A1, A199, A6137, B1377, B1345 and A198.
0600 hrs – 1600 hrs Free Shuttle Service between Aberlady Community Hall and North Berwick Church Road.
