Take It Easy – travel with Lothian to the EaglesThe Eagles play BT Murrayfield Stadium on Wednesday 22 June

Eagles on stage

Celebrating 50 years of the biggest band in American history, the Eagles are returning to the UK this June – with a stop in Edinburgh on Wednesday 22 June – performing classics from across their career.

Live Life in the Fast Lane – Lothian will get you safely to and from BT Murrayfield Stadium so you can Take It Easy, leave the car at home and enjoy the gig in full.

Our Service X12 will operate between Ingliston Park & Ride and BT Murrayfield Stadium (journey time approx. 20 minutes) at the following times:

  • From Ingliston P&R, every 15 minutes, from 16:30 until 19:45.
  • From Murrayfield, frequent departures from 22:15 for approximately one hour.

Please note that West Approach Road will be closed for the foreseeable future following a collision. Buses are unable to serve part of West Approach Road and Stevenson Road, and are instead diverted via Gorgie Road and Henderson Terrace in both directions until further notice. Details on service diversions can be found on our Service Alerts page and the homepage of our mobile app.

Normal fares apply on the Service X12 and all our buses accept contactless payments and daily/weekly capping applies under our TapTapCap scheme, so you’ll never pay more than you need to for your travel! If you’re travelling with others, you can also use contactless to purchase paper tickets. Read our contactless and TapTapCap FAQs. Under 22s can travel for free provided they hold a valid Scottish NEC / Young Scot NEC.

FAQs for attending the gig are online and further information is also available below.
