As part of our upcoming service change which will take effect across the Lothian network, our Nightbus services will also be revised with additional journeys and new links from Monday 28 June.

Nightbus N3
Revised Saturday and Sunday morning timetable with an extra journey from Haymarket at 00:36 towards Gorebridge introduced to enhance the frequency on the service.
Nightbus N11
Revised route and timetable. The south end of the route will be extended from Hyvots Bank to Royal Infirmary. In the city centre the service will operate a one-way loop via Frederick Street, George Street, South St David Street to the Scott Monument on Princes Street.
NEW – Nightbus N14
This new service will operate every hour, seven nights a week. It will reintroduce the link between The Bridges and Leith (which was provided by Service N7 pre-pandemic). It will also enhance the frequency between North Bridge and Niddrie (together with Service N30, there will now be two buses per hour on this section).
Nightbus N14 will operate the same route as day service 14 between Muirhouse and Greendykes Road and then continue to the Royal Infirmary where it will terminate.
Nightbus N16
Revised timetable. The frequency between Silverknowes and the City Centre is reduced to hourly. However, the introduction of new Nightbus N14 will provide two buses per hour between Leith and Muirhouse, and the extension of service N22 will retain two buses per hour between Princes Street and Newhaven.
Nightbus N22
Revised route and timetable. The route will be extended from the city centre to Western Harbour via London Road, Easter Road, The Shore and Commercial Street. It will operate hourly, providing a 30-minute frequency between Princes Street and Leith combined with Service N16.
In Edinburgh Park the route will be amended with buses operating via South Gyle Broadway, Lochside Crescent, Lochside Court, Edinburgh Park Station (terminus), Lochside Court, Redheughs Avenue and South Gyle Crescent.
Nightbus N25
Revised Saturday and Sunday morning timetable with extra journeys from Heriot-Watt University to Haymarket at 00:11 and from Leith Street at 00:40 to Heriot-Watt University introduced to enhance the frequency on the service.
Nightbus N26
No change.
Nightbus N28
Minor timetable change to improve reliability.
Nightbus N30

Nightbus N31

Nightbus N37
Revised Saturday and Sunday timetable when the frequency will be increased to every 30 minutes throughout the night.
Nightbus N43
Service reintroduced between Edinburgh city centre and Queensferry, seven nights a week with one journey per night at 00:10 from Leith Street.
Nightbus N44
No change.
Nightbus N113
No change.
Nighthawk N124
Service reintroduced on Saturday and Sunday mornings with one journey operating between Edinburgh (Semple Street) and Longniddry.
