Applications to become the next Lothian Charity of Choice are now open.

We are now coming to the end of a very successful partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support and are looking to find a new local charity to work with from 2020.

Over the last six years, Lothian has raised money and donated gifts in kind of over £1,200,000 to charities in our operating area.  These include Macmillan Cancer Support, The Yard, Guide Dogs Scotland, It’s Good to Give and Lothian Autism Society.

We are delighted to announce that the application process to find our new Charity of Choice opens today. As an employer of more than 2500 people delivering over 2 million customer journeys on bus each week, Lothian are very much a part of the communities we serve.

Over the last two years our partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support has enabled us to raise awareness and fundraise for a cause that touches the lives of so many of our people and our customers. We’d like to thank the team at Macmillan for working with us with such enthusiasm and commitment.
