It’s nearly June and the city is definitely getting busier with people and events.  If you’re looking for something to see or do, why not check out our Top Five for this month.

1. See some Vintage Cars:

Edinburgh’s West End BID hosts its first ever Classic Vehicle Event On Saturday 9 June with an amazing collection of classic vehicles on display in William Street from 1000 – 1600.
Free to attend, look out for classics including an R-Type Bentley special dating from 1953 and a 1981 DMC-12 DeLorean – as well as some very special live music performances!
Hop on the bus into town and see a bit of history.

2. Enjoy Leith

Leith Festival starts with a Gala Day & Pageant on Saturday 9 June and is a week-long community festival including art, music, theatre, dance and historic tours. Support your local area and get involved.

3. See a Movie

It’s not often you get to watch a film outdoors in Edinburgh but Film Fest in the City makes this happen. From 15-17 June you can see classic movies such as Moulin Rouge, The Greatest Showman, Ghostbusters and Top Gun in St Andrew Square Garden.

Grab your popcorn and head into town.

4. Visit Some Animals

Celebrating its 178th year, The Royal Highland Show, one of Scotland’s most iconic events runs this year from 21-24 June.

A fantastic day out for everyone of all ages we will again be operating our special service 98 to get you there and back….plus kids travel free!

5. Go Dancing

Let’s Rock Scotland! takes place on Saturday 23rd June 2018 in Dalkeith Country Park. With a fabulous line-up of 80s artists including Go West, Nik Kershaw, Heaven 17 and Tony Hadley, its sure to be a great day out.
