Lothian Buses were today (8 November 2016) announced as winner of the Transport Award at this years VIBES awards in the Raddison Blue Hotel in Glasgow.

The prestigious awards recognise the commitment, actions and achievements of Scottish companies in reducing their impact on the environment.

The Transport award recognises businesses that have achieved a significant, measurable reduction in their environmental impact through the introduction of sustainable transport practices.

We are delighted to have been selected as the winner in the Transport category at this years Vibes Awards. This highlights Lothian Buses ongoing journey to reduce our impact on the local environment and our commitment to meeting the Scottish Government’s Climate Change targets.

This is the second time we have won this award after previously winning in 2012.
