As part of our series of interviews with some of our longest serving employees for our centenary year celebrations, meet Kevin, who is a bus driver at our Marine Garage. He has been with the company for 23 years.

When did you start working with the company?
I started in May 1996.

What role were you in / what do you do now?
I am a driver at Marine Garage.

What is the biggest change you have seen in your time with the company?
We have a friendly, more approachable team now, better buses, better radio communications and more reliable ticket machines. These things all help make the job easier.

Tell us your favourite Lothian memory?
When I had to do a train replacement service from Waverley to North Berwick stopping off at various train stations in East Lothian.

What are you looking forward to about this year’s celebrations.
Seeing all the new developments.
