Our Cruiselink X99 is extremely popular with visitors arriving by cruise ship at Queensferry, providing direct, convenient and comfortable travel into the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre.

Our fast and frequent service departs from Hawes Pier (Queensferry) to the city centre, journey time 30 minutes.

Cruiselink X99 will operate at least every 20 minutes (more frequent for larger ships) starting with the first tender arrival and with the last bus returning to Hawes Pier 30 minutes before the last tender. 

Buses will arrive/depart in the city centre at the east end of George Street, just outside the Hard Rock Cafe.
