Why Consider a Driver Role with Lothian?

Paid Training & Fast Start

  • On-the-job paid training while you earn – £12.60/hr for the first five weeks while gaining your PCV Bus Licence (Category D).
  • Already qualified? Entry-level induction for PCV/Qualified Drivers starts at £15.55/hr for the first two weeks, followed by full pay once you’re on the road.

Competitive Pay & Overtime

  • Once qualified, drivers earn from £32,792 per annum (£16.17/hr), rising to £37,984 after two years, with enhanced overtime opportunities.

No Experience? No Problem
