Today, Saturday 4 October, Edinburgh Bus Tours (part of the Lothian Group under) is proud to take part in Changing Lives Day – a global initiative bringing CitySightseeing operators from around the world together for a common cause.
On this day, for every customer who boards a CitySightseeing Edinburgh tour bus we’ll donate £1 which will be used to help build the first medical centre in Cacuaco, Angola.
Cacuaco, a fast-growing community in Angola, faces a critical lack of healthcare facilities. Families have limited access to basic medical services, and maternal care is often out of reach. In Belo Monte neighbourhood, Cacuaco, there’s no medical centre and the nearest hospital is 50 km away.
With Changing Lives 2025/26, this year’s campaign will fund the construction of the first Health and Maternity Centre in Belo Monte, offering essential healthcare and maternal support to more than six thousand people.
