You can plan your journey in advance using our journey planner or through our mobile app.

Please be patient when travelling at busy times. Your journey may take longer than normal due to reduced capacity and social distancing measures, so please allow sufficient time for your journey.

To keep everyone safe, you may have to wait for the next bus if you cannot safely keep your distance from other customers due to these measures.

Service Alerts, Roadworks and Planned Diversions

We always try to give customers as much notice as possible when there are changes to our network. Our Service Alerts page helps customers stay informed of short-term disruptions to service such as road closures due to traffic incidents, emergency diversions, etc. Service alerts can also be found on the homepage of our mobile app and are shared on our Twitter feed.

For planned diversions where we’ve had prior warning, we place notices on our Roadworks and Planned Diversions page which include diversion notices and where appropriate, maps of any bus stop closures and temporary stop locations. These notices are also available on the homepage of our mobile app and are shared on our Twitter feed.
