If you think you have left an item on one of our vehicles, please complete the online form below. We aim to be in touch with you within two working days to confirm if we have your item and to arrange an appointment for you to collect it.
Our Lost Property office is located at 47 Annandale Street (located in the building beside our garage) and will be open for collection by appointment only Monday to Thursday between 14.00 and 17.00hrs.
If your item was lost between 24 March 2020 and 20 July 2020, you will have until Thursday 20 August to collect your lost property. There will be no charge for items lost during this time – but any donations to our Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated.
Any items lost after Monday 20 July will be kept for 4 weeks and there will be a fee of £5 to collect items. There will be no fee to collect Scottish National Entitlement Cards.
All items that are not claimed after the 4 week period will be donated to charity.
