I have left an item on the bus. How do I get this back?

If you think you’ve left an item behind on one of our services, please complete our online Lost Property form and a member of the team will be in touch directly to help.

Attendance at the department to collect an item is by pre-arranged appointment only – please do not go to the department if you’ve not been given a collection date/time by a member of our team.

Lost an item on our network? We are here to help.

If you think you have left an item on one of our vehicles, please complete the online form below. We aim to be in touch with you within two working days to confirm if we have your item and to arrange an appointment for you to collect it.

Our Lost Property office will be open for collection by appointment only, Monday to Thursday between 1400 and 1700 hrs.

All lost property will be kept for 4 weeks and there will be a fee of £2 to collect items. There will be no fee to collect Scottish National Entitlement Cards.

New Ridacards

If you wish to apply for a new direct debit Ridacard, please visit a TravelHub and a member of the team will be happy to help. For new Advance Purchase Ridacards, loaded with a minimum of one week’s travel, please visit a TravelHub or email your name, date of birth, telephone number, postal address and a passport size photograph to contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk

Lost Ridacards

If you have lost or damaged your Ridacard, please visit a TravelHub or email contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk to arrange a replacement. All personal data provided will treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used only to locate your card record and process your replacement.

Please note that we aim to issue you with a new card within 5 working days from receipt of your email and will be in touch directly to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
