Lost an item on our network? We are here to help.

If you think you have left an item on one of our vehicles, please complete the online form below. We aim to be in touch with you within two working days to confirm if we have your item and to arrange an appointment for you to collect it.

Our Lost Property office will be open for collection by appointment only, Monday to Thursday between 1400 and 1700 hrs.

All lost property will be kept for 4 weeks and there will be a fee of £2 to collect items. There will be no fee to collect Scottish National Entitlement Cards.

New Ridacards
From Monday 26 April, our Shandwick Place TravelHub will reopen to Ridacard customers only at this time. All other TravelHubs will remain closed until further notice. If you wish to apply for a new direct debit Ridacard, please visit Shandwick Place TravelHub during opening hours (listed below) and a member of the team will be happy to help. For new Advance Purchase Ridacards, loaded with a minimum of one week’s travel, please email your name, date of birth, telephone number, postal address and a passport size photograph to contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk
Lost Ridacards
If you have lost or damaged your Ridacard, please email contactless@lothianbuses.co.uk to arrange a replacement. All personal data provided will treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used only to locate your card record and process your replacement. Please note that we aim to issue you with a new card within 5 working days from receipt of your email and will be in touch directly to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
