Conditions of Carriage

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our buses in safety and comfort. All our buses have a dedicated wheelchair space, an access ramp and a kneeling system. Some buses also have a dedicated space for a buggy. Please note that mobility scooters are NOT permitted on our buses.

There is a bell push near the wheelchair space which lets the driver know that the ramp must be lowered at the next stop.

We want all of our passengers to have a positive experience on our buses. Passengers who feel they are being harassed or intimidated because of a disability should tell the driver, or contact our Customer Services team afterwards, giving as much detail about the incident as they can. That detail should include the service number of the bus, and the date and time of the incident.

Travelling on a bus means sharing the space with other people.  We have produced a Conditions of Carriage leaflet which can be viewed in PDF format.
