Replacement RIDACARDs
What if I lose my RIDACARD? Within four working days of you reporting that your RIDACARD is lost, we will produce a replacement with the same expiry date. The charge is £3 and you will be responsible for any fares paid until your replacement RIDACARD can be provided.
What if my RIDACARD is damaged? Where a RIDACARD stops working because it has been damaged, within four working days of that damaged RIDACARD being handed to us, we will produce a replacement with the same expiry date. The damage will be pointed out to you. The charge is £3 and you will be responsible for any fares paid until your replacement RIDACARD can be provided.
What if my RIDACARD fails? Where an undamaged RIDACARD fails to work, we will issue a replacement RIDACARD free of charge and give you extra time to compensate for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
