Bus Diversions starting 30 March 2008 for 9 weeks

In order to prepare the ground for Edinburgh Trams, work will begin at the Foot of Leith Walk with the closure of the junction at the south end of Constitution Street on 30 March 2008 to move major utilities (water, gas and electricity) away from the route of the forthcoming tram tracks.

This means that all traffic currently using Constitution Street or Duke Street will be diverted. This page details the bus diversion routes and shows the special bus stops that will be in use for the duration of the tram works.

Diversions will commence on: 30 March – 16 & 35
                                            2 April – 1, 12, X12, 21, 25, N25, 34, 49

Details of the diverted routes will be shown at each affected bus stop and these will be updated if any changes are made. Click here to view map or here to download a pdf version.
